I DON'T WANT TO RUSH
Wedding at Castello Oldofredi Residence
A romantic film, oh no, it's just a wedding video!
We could even joke, but the setting, the soundtracks, a minimum of technical shots and above all the love between these two, we can really talk about a wedding film!
Peschiera Maraglio, Monte Isola, Iseo Lake
The setting of this film was at Lake Iseo, less known than Lake Como but with stronger vibes in my opinion, located between the provinces of Bergamo and Brescia, is an alpine lake known for its crystal clear waters and historic villages. In the middle of the lake, we find Monte Isola (the largest lake island in Europe) and Peschiera Maraglio is one of the most visited villages on the island.
Being a destination wedding I wanted the couple to also remember the surrounding area, so I included some clips of the village
Castello Oldofredi Residence
Mathew and Elea chose Castello Oldofredi in Peschiera Maraglio as the location for their wedding, a medieval residence where they were able to get ready directly there.
The ceremony in the garden with lake view
Their ceremony took place in the garden, with a view of the lake toward Sulzano.
Elea lived in Italy as a child, but then moved to London for her studies, where she met Mathew and they fell in love. For this reason they chose to have a destination wedding in Italy.
Elea, who grew up reading fairy tales and dreaming of her Prince Charming, said the words that inspired me during the vows: "I can't wait to see how our story will develop, but for once I don't want to rush to the end". With those words Mathew burst into tears.
The boat trip during the wedding day
After the ceremony, the couple enjoyed a boat ride on Lake Iseo, a setting worthy of a true romantic film
The dinner was held in the olive grove of the castle, and during the dinner there were some speeches that moved everyone!
And like all love stories, this day ended with a happy ending, with a slow dance under a blue sky at dusk.
